Hello! Today I want to write about a job I would like to do. I think the job I would like to do most is to be a pastry chef in a bakery. I really like to cook cakes and sweet food. I cook a lot in my free time and all of my life I have liked cooking. I think that would be gratifying if I got paid to do it. I think that the most important quality you need to do this job well is to like to cook sweet food, because if you don’t like this the cakes will taste without love, and the love when you cook is very important! Also you need to know different techniques and recipes. I think I would be good at this job because I´m very creative, I like to invent recipes and I have a good palate for sweet things.   Buddy Valastro is a very good pastry chef and he inspired me when I was child.

Today I’d like to tell you about a TV programme I watched as a child, called “The Powerpuff Girls”. I started watching it when I was 10 years old. My dad wouldn’t let me see it before, because he said that this cartoons were” violent “. This series is about the adventures of three super powerful girls (Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup) and   where they fight against the evil villains in the city of Townsville. They were born when the scientific teacher Utonio wanted to create a perfect girl. He just had to mix “sugar, spice and everything nice”, but accidentally threw in a “Chemical X” and BOOM were born three girls with super powers. The series ran from 1998 until 2005. I enjoyed watching this series because I played with my sister and fiends to imitate them. In winter I remember watching it in my daddy’s bed, eating pop corns and hot chocolate milk.

Hello! I want to write about my holidays. This summer, I went to the Renata’s dad´s house in Curacautin with my little daughter (of course). We stayed there all February and we came back because  I returned to my university classes. Renata’s dad (Tito) has a little house on a farm. He has a tourism company , where he does sled dog tours in the snow in winter and trekking or bikejöring  with dogs in summer. We did activities with the dogs and played a lot with them. All of us love dogs, Renata enjoyed playing with dogs every morning and ran around the farm. It is very funny and we are happy doing other activities. I like outdoor activities and the life in the farm.  I hope to go back to Curacautin the next holiday and have fun a lot like this summer.

Hello! Today I want to write about my favourite hobby. My favourite hobby is cooking sweet food and knitting. Both Things makes me happy and they distract me in my stress days. I ‘ve been cooking cakes since I was 15 years old when I saw a cooking cakes show on television. Normally, I cook on weekends in my house, because in the week I don´t have more time. I do cakes, lemon pie, cupcakes, tartlets of different fruits and I need ingredients for each recipe and kitchen tools. Now, I try to cook with less sugar, because my little daughter likes to eat everything I do and she doesn’t eat sugar.   On the other hand, I love knitting and things with wool. I learned to knit with my mom six years ago, when I saw her beautiful wool fabrics. Now, I am doing a little wool cap for my daughter for this cold winter. I knit every day in the night on my bed, when I see the news or films in television.

A city I'd like to visit is México city. I 've been very interested  in Mexican culture all of my life, I think that its history is very interesting. The Aztec culture was very amazing! The Aztecs built there buildings in the center of the valley of Mexico. They had a very atypical  architecture , with outdoor spaces in contact with the nature. The Aztec pyramids are very wonderful and they were built to praise the gods. I would like visit the  places where the Aztec culture was born, such as Teotihuacán, Monte Alban and the Main Temple( center of Mexico city), to see there different  sacred architectures and know about the Aztec daily life. I would like go with my sister Vanessa, because she studies history at university  and  loves the Mexican Culture. I would like to travel when my little daughter grows also.

Hi,my name is Gina and I'm a architecture student from the University of Chile. I'm was born in Santiago and I live with my parents. I have 2 sisters , 1 brother and a little sweet dauther and all us live together in Chile  except my sister Andrea who lives in Argentina. I like painting and cooking cakes .
